Structured to manage all facets of the property, the Maintenance Division provides such services as general maintenance, property upgrades, irrigation management, tree care, lighting service, mulching, seasonal color, and will accommodate many special events or outdoor activities. The Maintenance Division typically maintains landscapes designed and built by LandWest Design Group in order to ensure the continued quality of the landscape's health, structural integrity and overall appearance. Even though the Maintenance Division maintains 95% of all projects completed by LandWest Design Group, we will on occasion provide maintenance services for a residence, provided there is a high level of maintainability, and the homeowner desires a high caliber of quality and care.
