Involved in the project from beginning to end, the LandWest Design Division works hard to bring its clients' landscape dreams to life. Beginning with the Site Analysis Phase, the Design Division will examine the physical location and explore the client's needs and desires for the site. LandWest will use this information to determine a scope of work, a design criteria, and recommend budgetary parameters. Once these requisites are agreed upon, the design team will develop a Schematic Design using conceptual renderings to help clients visualize the proposed improvements. and identify specific design features. Once the Schematic Design has been developed to the satisfaction of the client, a Conceptual Landscape Master Plan will be generated for securing approval from city, county, and/or homeowners' association design review committees. The Design Division will then move into the Construction Supervision Phase, monitoring construction progress, and preparing construction details as needed. From broad conceptual landscape master planning to designing even the smallest landscape feature, the LandWest Design Division will design a landscape that is harmonious with both the architecture of the home and the personality of those that live within.
